All elements of the site — code, text, interfaces, trademarks, logos and databases — are owned by Jipup or used under licence. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Trademarks and logos of third-party services mentioned (notably HubSpot) belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them implies no partnership with, or endorsement by, those owners.

4. Personal data and cookies

How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy policy. Technical protection measures are described on the Security page.

The site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics trackers. Only strictly necessary cookies are set: keeping the authenticated session open, and remembering the chosen language. Under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, these cookies require no prior consent.

The CRM connection screen offers an introduction video hosted by a third-party provider. Its player is loaded only after you explicitly click play: until you start playback, no request is sent to that provider and it sets no cookies.
